Greenery: about 50 acres of the 25 acre area is covered with greenery and is being done by The Green Architects of Thailand.
The USPs of our greenery: We have 20 acres of central landscaped greenery which is visible from two thirds of the apartments. We have 5 acres of greenery at the entrance. The central greenery has provision for water harvesting. Approximately 90%of the water can be used for about a year, in case the rain fails. There are plants which help in humidity control and also noise control. There is a joggers path of about 7.8 km surrounding the central green vista. There are six swimming pools and four club houses and the landscape is designed in such a way that the swimming pools cannot be seen from the green areas.
The USPs of Central Park II: Our township has got shopping arcade, crèche and school. There will be five restaurants. There are two basements which will be used as parking for the residents and the guests. The lower basement will have space for about 3600 cars to be parked and the upper basement will have space for about 1700 cars to be parked. The roads are along the outer boundary wall so that the inner green area is not polluted.
